If you wish to delete your FACTION game account and associated data, please use this contact form

Steps to Request Deletion:

1. Enter your Name and Email Address in the form below.
2. In the “Message” field, please write: “Request Account Deletion.”
3. Please include your in-game Username or Player ID to help us locate your data.

What Happens Next:

• Data Deleted: We will permanently remove your account profile, in-game progress, inventory, and chat history.
• Data Retained: We may retain records of financial transactions (purchases) for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.
